Our journey so far
We began our journey in 2018 after numerous years working with a variety of manufacturers, distributors and fellow consultants, it was time to go it alone and we haven't looked back since.
We have a friendly yet professional approach when dealing with our clients and find the best way to start any day is to have a cup of tea, a chat and ask how a person is before the hard work commences!

Our Foundations
Working within manufacturing, storage, distribution, construction, retail and restaurant groups and many more, we have built up vast experience and knowledge through trial and error in the earlier years. Knowing what works and what didn't quite go as expected was a good foundation to improve and learn from.
With over 20 years experience of auditing and risk management within single sites and larger multi-site organisations across a diverse level of industries ranging from food manufacturing, construction, chemical and aerosols, storage and distribution, on and off shore renewable energy supplies, lifting gear and equipment, and medical devices.

Management Systems
We support clients with existing sites and premises under construction, and have a high level of expertise in carrying out risk assessments as well as having the expertise to audit and review Health & Safety management systems. Along with risk assessments we can also implement method statements and safe working procedures.
Risk Assessment
We can offer a variety of services such as accident investigations, gap analysis on current systems or pending audit requirements, incident reporting, training and much more.
We provide clear, competent advice and a professional reporting service.
Support Services
We can offer a variety of independent audits within Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems to recognised ISO and BRC standards. Audits are conducted professionally with comprehensive reports including corrective and preventive action and are issued in a timely manner.
Independent Auditing
We offer independent inspections of retail premises and manufacturing sites. We cover a variety of areas such as HACCP, Process and Production Control, Pest Management and Product Recall. We produce professional reports and as part of due diligence include action plans for any shortfalls to ensure compliance.
Food Safety Inspections
Due to the increased focus on supplier and vendor approval we can reduce the workload by auditing suppliers, assessing their current systems against recognised industry standards and client requirements. As part of the approval process we can generate action plans and offer guidance for continuous improvement.
